- WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT AND I AM NOT HAPPY WITH IT?
If you receive your product and it doesn’t fit or is not what you expected, we are happy to offer you an Online Boutique Credit as long as:
- The item is sent back in the original packaging with tags attached
- The item is sent back within 7 days of purchase
- The item is unworn and unwashed
You can post back the item to the address on your invoice and we will issue you the credit as soon as we receive it. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any credits on one of a kind/hand made clothing, eyewear and discounted items. Your credit will last for 3 months from the day we email you your unique credit code to use for your next purchase.
- HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
All items are in stock unless displayed as Sold Out. If you have an item in your Shopping Bag awaiting payment, it may still be purchased by another customer until you have completed your order.
If you have purchased an item and on the very rare occasion it is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an agreeable alternative item, backorder or full refund.
- WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT AND IT IS FAULTY?
All items are thoroughly inspected by us before being shipped to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase. If however, you believe that your product is faulty or not as described please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can further assist you from there.
- WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN ITEMS?
The postage costs for returns will be at the customer’s expense and must be sent via traceable mail to:

- WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU (SUKI LALA) RECEIVE THE PACKAGE?
Once we receive your package, the product will be inspected and approved for a credit before it is issued. Once your credit is approved, we will process the return transaction within 7 business days. You will be informed via email when we have completed this transaction.
- WHEN ARE ORDERS PROCESSED?
Our orders are processed everyday, excluding weekends and public holidays and your order will be shipped within 48 hours of placement. If an order is placed before 12pm on a weekday, it will most likely leave that day.
- HOW WILL MY ITEM BE SHIPPED?
We offer Express Post for a flat rate of $10.
- I LIVE OUT OF NEW ZEALAND, CAN I STILL PURCHASE ONLINE?
Yes! We ship WORLDWIDE for a flat rate of $25. Please note, this is regular mail and can take up to 14 business days to get to you. Please contact us if you wish to be quoted for an express option.
- WHAT IF AN ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?
If something you are loving is missing in your size, just send email us at email@example.com, we are more than happy to email you should more arrive in stock.
